Q is Taqql's AI assistant — the voice and conversational interface that turns natural language into structured project data. The name pulls from the double-q in Taqql. One letter, always ready.

Q lives in the mobile app, the web app, and — via MCP — in Claude™ and ChatGPT®. Whether a field worker says "Hey Q, log 8 hours on HVAC rough-in" or a project manager asks Claude™ "Which CAs are trending over budget?", the answer comes from the same live data.

Offline is a first-class requirement. Many job sites — especially remote work — have no cell service. All mobile and tablet flows work offline: data is captured locally, queued, and synced automatically when connectivity returns. Voice, photos, geo-stamps, and signatures all work offline.

MCP Connectivity

Your project data in the tools you already use.

Taqql exposes a full MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Connect Claude™, ChatGPT®, or any MCP-compatible client once via OAuth 2.1, and you can query your live project data directly from those tools — no copy-paste, no CSV exports.

The same OAuth layer that secures the MCP also secures the REST API and the web/mobile apps. Multi-tenant, org-scoped, role-aware.
